The way the book is organized creates an easy path to follow. The author Beth really loves food which makes it easier for me to accept that I love food. She helps you look at your life and health as a big picture and how everything in your life needs to be in balance. I absolutely love this book, it has reminded me of how I should be eating and that loving food is good! My husband loved the raw lasagna and my kids really liked the banana bread. The books speaks to mom and all about how to not view food as your enemy but something that nourish your soul and more. There were times that I thought she was going a bit overboard with the pans and plastic using wax paper to line a bag before putting her food in a plastic bag.
